Every order is printed, checked and packed by me here in the UK.
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.
Standard — £2.99, free on UK orders over £20
Royal Mail Tracked 48. Arrives 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express — £3.99
Royal Mail Tracked 24. Arrives 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Both services are tracked. Delivery times are working days from dispatch, not from when you place the order. I ship to UK addresses only at the moment.
Changed your mind?
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return it.
Parts need to come back unused and in their original packaging. Email me at tom.weston3d@gmail.com before you send anything back and I will confirm the return address — parcels sent back without getting in touch first cannot be accepted.
Return postage is down to you on a change-of-mind return. Once it is back with me and checked, I will refund to your original payment method within 5 working days.
If something is wrong
If a part arrives damaged or faulty, or it is not what you ordered, email me straight away with a photo. I will put it right — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you would rather — and I will cover the postage both ways.
None of this affects your legal rights.
