Shipping policy

Every order is printed, checked and packed by me here in the UK.

Dispatch
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days. You will get an email with tracking as soon as yours is on its way.

Delivery options
Standard: £2.99, or free on UK orders over £20. Royal Mail Tracked 48, arriving 3–5 working days after dispatch.
Express: £3.99. Royal Mail Tracked 24, arriving 1–2 working days after dispatch.

Delivery times are working days from dispatch, not from when you place your order, and are Royal Mail's estimates.

Where I deliver
I ship to UK addresses only at the moment.

Lost or late parcels
If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, email me with your order number and I will chase it with Royal Mail. If it is lost, I will send a replacement or refund you in full.

Damaged in transit
Every part is packed to protect it, but if anything arrives damaged, email me a photo and I will put it right at no cost to you.
