OO Gauge BR Cut-Out Speed Signs – Yard & Branch or Main Line Sets

The yellow cut-out speed signs you see beside every modern British main line and branch, now in OO gauge.

Printed in two colours, so the figures and arrows are solid yellow all the way through and there is nothing to paint. Snip a sign off the runner, push the spike into a small hole beside the track, and it is done.

Choose your set

• Yard & Branch: 8 signs, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35 and 40 mph
• Main Line: 8 signs, 50, 60, 70, 75, 80, 90, 100 and 125 mph
• Both Sets: all 16 signs, the full range from 5 to 125 mph

Every set includes one left arrow, one right arrow and one double arrow sign for diverging routes.

Fitting

Snip each sign off the runner at the foot of its spike with fine side cutters. Drill a 1.5 mm hole beside the track and push the spike in; a dot of PVA holds it firm. Trim the spike shorter for thin scenery.

A sign with no arrow gives the speed for the main route. Left or right arrows give the speed for a diverging route, and the double arrow covers both ways.

Due to the 3D-printing process, minor layer lines or small surface variations may be present. These are normal characteristics of the manufacturing process.
